Absolutely unhappy and hectic visit, came here to get my car inspected, did the diagnostic and got quoted 1100 for a tune up, they said it’s a exaust leak and when I declined the service, I see there’s a screw missing , when I left the dealership the car started to loose power drastically, I thought dealership take care of their customer but no , tried to rip me off, took it to the nearest exaust shop and got the screw in for less than 50$, car works great now.
I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO VISIT GRAPEVINE FORD.
PS: Grand Prairie ford was pretty nice and helpful compared to them .

My vehicle was in the shop for two days and I wasted 4 hours driving . I have three jobs sonit was extremely inconvenient and cost me money as well. As there are dealerships 10 min away, i was extremely disappointed with me having to call and get results rather than be called after almost 8hrs with my vehicle and nothing was done, so I had to leave it another day after spending another hour on the road to and an hour home!
