I have received very poor services from John Marino. He told me that he would be special ordering a part to fix my Jeep. Told me it would take 10 business days at most to get the part in, then he would call me once it was in to schedule me to get in a get it installed. After more than 30 days I still had not heard from John. I called and he told me it should be delivered the next day and he’ll call me to schedule the install. I get an email a few days later saying it has been delivered to the dealership. And the email states that the order date is the day I called John more than 30 days after he told me he was ordering it. I believe he forgot to order the part and when I called to inquire instead of apologizing and owning up to his mistake he lied. I then went into a 3 week period trying to get a hold of John to schedule the install of my part. of John refuses to return my calls and was never available to take my call when I called. I was calling 3-5 time per week and anyone I spoke to refused to schedule my install, said I had to schedule it with John. I finally got a receptionist to schedule me an appointment. When I met with John for my install appointment he had nothing to say about the unacceptable service he has provided me. I left several people voicemails trying to get an install appointment including service manager. Never heard back from anyone. Absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing

It’s been difficult to get updates on my car. Dropped it off on a Thursday morning around 10:30 am but didn’t get a quote on the work to be done until 5:30 pm. Then I was told it would be ready by COB on Friday, then on Saturday and finally picked it up the following Wednesday! Good thing I was provided a loaner vehicle but still a bit frustrating!
