Andrew was great and very attentive and helpful. After the service, I had the car washed. It was a very poor job. The carpets weren’t vacuumed and the windows not cleaned and over all the exterior wasn’t all that clean. I bought the vehicle from Grapevine Ford and other washes have been much better.

I asked about the drivers side massage not working the majority of the time. It was never addressed. Also. The car was returned in unacceptable condition. The wheel lock was on the floor rolling around. And the glove box was torn apart. Apparently in haste to find the wheel lock.
