I talked with the service manager, about my experience, and what he told me he did was not done and I have lost trust in your management team. Thankfully, we have lots of options to purchase and service our vehicles from other dealerships around the valley.

Dissatisfied with the service I received when I had my oil changed. The very next morning I received low air pressure in one tire and the other 3 where 5 lbs below manufacturer's recommendation. Which means the air pressure was never checked during my service. I wonder what else was not done.
