Pete Roswell is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. I am in my 2nd Ford Product in the past 20 years and have had interaction with several service advisors, but he is the best by far! He need to train others there so they too can benefit from his expertise. He is definitely an asset Ford needs to hang in to!
