So my wife came in today because a lady from your service department called last week saying we were due for an oil and filter change and you guys had a special going on. I said sure, and scheduled it for this morning at 820, our only day off because we had some time before my son's doctor appointment at 11am.
Once she got there is when things went wrong, Johnathon told my wife of additional services that NEEDED to be done, per my instruction on our last service. THIS IS 100% FALSE. Before she agreeing to the extra service, she informed Jonathan that she had an important doctors appointment at 11M and if the service would be guaranteed to finish before 1030 she would agree to the service. He said yes it would definitely be ready by then.
So not only am I super upset at the fact that my wife got tricked into coming home with a almost $300 invoice on what shouldn't have been more than $60. But also that we missed our kids appointment and now have to wait for almost a month to go ago. So know the procedure for my sons crucial surgery procedure is now postponed thanks to your one technician deception.
$300 is not allot of money, and honestly the extra service is something I might have done with you guys down the road. But the way my wife was deceived because of her automotive ignorance and blatantly lied to( Johnathan told my wife he told her our doc app was at 2pm, when she was clearly upset at 1030am when the car wasnt ready.)and the fact that this is now delaying my sons cochlear implants, I will assure you I will no longer be doing any business with cerritos Nissan. I have purchased both our cars (13 Altima, 17rogue), and was planning keeping you guys as our dealers since both cars have turned our great. But after todays incident the trust you guys have built with us for the pass 4 years have gone ot the window.

Nothing to do with Andrew, he was very professional. You should not have a “Quick Lane” for tires and batteries, if it’s not quick. Next time I’ll go to Walmart. I had to wait 2 hours, which was communicated up front for a battery change. This is something that takes 5 minutes, 10 at the most. It would have been faster fir me to take the battery home and do it myself. Nothing quick about your quick lane service. And I know that no-ones cares, because this has been my number one complaint for years.

Charlie is the best service liaison I have ever worked with. I brought my truck in three times for the same problem with a different service rep there. He could not communicate with the technicians like Charlie can. I had my truck in last week and Charlie got everything figured out quickly and economically.
