I did not like the service. I went there for guidance and he was just so money hungry. First he wanted to make business by changing my back tires to the front in which he mention my tires were worn out. So i decided to get a second opinion and the other dealer said my tires were in great condition. To add on, i did not go to cerritos Nissan for my tires i went for a light that turn on my car(Check engine soon). Then I asked for prices on an oil change he mention a price over $40 in which Cerritos Nissan has a promotion on oil change for $34.99 or so. How am i suppose to trust my car in a man who represents Cerritos Nissan by trying to make business on services i wasn’t interested. I am so dissapointed.

I never met with or spoke with Hugh Abbott.
I received a voicemail that my car was ready and when I went down there the young man that helped me didn't give me a name.
However he was very helpful in finding my car and provided me with my keys.

I was completely satisfied with Hugh. However I don’t understand why it takes 75 minutes for an oil change. I had the 3rd appointment of the day. You have 2 service bays dedicated to appointments and it still took 75 minutes. I did not have a tire rotation nor a car wash.i have asked this question numerous times in the past but have yet to be given an explanation???
