Great service. One thing to consider is free loaner cars or free after a certain service cost. My wife just bought a Tahoe and classic Chevy gives her a loaner for basic maintenance.

The service was ok, I asked for wipers to be changed and the rear wiper was completely disregarded. This was the one that needed it the most. Also my vehicle wasn’t washed at all I assumed that was part of service as well t has been every previous experience of it is not the norm than no worries. Aside from these things the service was adequate

I first had an appointment last Thursday. When I showed up I was completely ignored. Stood outside the door for Hugo's office. Stood there so long other advisors had to help. There was not enough time to look at the ac problem so I had to bring it back Saturday morning. Nobody could tell me if a rental was covered on my warranty, so off I went about my day. I asked a question to the texting with the service advisor to determine status hours later and was never responded to. Eventually I called and spoke to Hugo. He still had no update. Finally around 415 he called. Told me a basic statement of what was wrong, but did not know detailed information. Finally Monday I found out that my warranty covers nothing. Hugo was pleasant when I picked the car up. Now I'm working with Ashley in the warranty department and she actually cares that I dont have ac in the Arizona summer and is working to get me the money back for a worthless warranty.
