Chris did a great job as usual. I was a little miffed that I wasn’t picked up on time. That had nothing to do with Chris and everything to do with Don. I called Don at 12:36 after I knew the car was ready and asked for a 3:30 pickup. He confirmed my address and time. He never wrote it down. I had to call again and wasn’t picked up until 4:00. Again couldn’t ask for better service from Chris. He always keeps me informed about what is going on with my car. Wonderful service from him.
