Argued with my wife that he had to put her in the car before he could walk away. my wife said she would not leave our daughter standing in the parking lot just so he could shut her door.
he said he didn't have time to wait on her to load her kid.

Michael Doyon did a fantastic job. This was my first visit to the service center and when the person who was scheduled to meet with me wasn't available, Michael stepped up and asked if I needed help, and then proceeded to make all the necessary arrangements. When I initially expected a simple touch up paint on my new Jeep (corner of hood flaw found during my pick-up inspection), Mike felt it needed an expert assessment and had it sent to the body shop to determine the best repair method. He also kept me informed of the progress of the work. Once the work was complete, Mike called me and told me he was not totally happy with the job and was sending back to body shop for additional work. He was concerned about any impact to me, but there was no impact since he had already arranged for me to keep the loaner car. I was very appreciative that Mike took the time and made sure the job was done right. This is a brand new, custom ordered Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Mike made sure my first time at the service center left an extremely positive impression with me. I even stopped by the Service Manager to make sure he knew how pleased I was with the service and with Mike.
