When I arrived she was not there, so another gentleman helped me get started with my car service process, he helped me order my uber very quickly, then when I was at work I just got a brief message that my car was done and no more futher information, I tried calling, couldn’t leave a message, never got a call because I I was trying to ask how I was going to get a ride back to the dealership. So I ordered my own Uber, I arrived she was not available so another staff member was so great and amazing and he helped me out so much and I appreciate that he stayed behind and helped me, I don’t Remember his name but I was very grateful he took the time to help me out with of my unanswered questions.

You had our vehicle for over a week and one of the chief complaints was not addressed. Hugo said no big deal because the rest of the repairs were covered by our extended warrantee. We are going to have to take it back again. I was pleased that midway paid our hundred dollar deductable on the extended warranty so we could get the work done, but you also charged out almost $3000 worth of work to them. He was not very helpful on telling me what clip I needed which was something I can install myself on a molding.

Car was dirty. Inside had mud in front seat and floor. I dropped vehicle off with half a tank gas. Car was completely empty with light on. I’ll be sending emails and phone calls to every customer relations department I can find. I was already very concerned with the fact that the car is 4 months old and had already had work done on motor!
