I had a very hard time getting to talk to someone on the phone. It took 35 min of repeated calls, hung up on , transferred then hung up on to talk to someone. Not good customer service when calling your company is like playing Russian roulette. I dread having to call this company just knowing how hard it is to talk to the right person.

Andrew was awsome but when they washed my truck they left some debris that was in the bed of my truck and it was all over my truck when they gave it back to me. He tried to have it cleaned but I ended up having to take it to the car wash and scrub all the debris off the truck. I paid for an alignment and it seems to be pulling to one direction now. Overall kind of disappointed.

Honestly, this is the worst luxury car service experience we've ever had. John is nice but the service team is clueless. From lost appointments to not knowing anything about the car to setting warranty appointments only to NOT have any parts ready...this is the norm. We have asked for Mr Pointer's email to complain and never received it. We are ready to add our reviews on several platforms as this is the most bizarre dealership experience ever.
