Jody was exceptional! She kept us posted about what was happening with our vehicle at all times. She did so in a timely, professional manner ( without being a pain). Loved working with her. She is a great asset to your service department!

had appt 6/1/19 @ 730am for oil change and Zatek. i waited for my vehicle. it took 2hrs just to do the oil change with an appointment. at that point i ask for my vehicle back so i can come back another day for the Zaktek.

We took our Silverado in for an oil change and tire rotation. After driving out of town the next day, the drive was very chattery and the seat belts kept locking on us. We made an appointment for the very next morning, and come to find out the mechanic never balanced our tires with the tire rotation, which should be a standard procedure. Also upon rotating the tires they managed to lose a piece of our hubcap and they have been unable to locate it. We are very disappointed in the service at Midway Chevrolet
