This was my first and last visit. This was a really frustrating experience. I waited for about 45 minutes to pick up my vehicle. Nobody helped me at all. I cannot tell you how many people walked by me, never said hi, never asked if I needed anything. One of the worst experiences at a dealer I have had. My next car decision just got easier - it won’t be a Ford. Ram will get my truck business
