Sheilah was exceptional. She made sure every detail was taken care of, all the while being friendly and professional with everyone involved. Sheilah made sure she followed up and that the job was done correctly. I have had my town and country for nine years. The driver side visor became loose 4 years ago. Sheila was the only manager that was able to get it fixed for me after four years of trying. Make sure you take good care of her.
