I had to bring my car back to get the faulty oil change fixed. I brought my car in spotless. I got it back with a chip on the front bumper along with oil and grease on the hood and fenders (that I cleaned off there). I still have yet to hear back from you on the chip.

An oil change that is scheduled ahead of time should not take two hours. Also, when telling customers that their vehicle is due for a 35,000 mile service, you need to make sure they are aware this is for an additional charge and not part of their complementary services that come with purchase of the vehicle from your dealership.
