All was good except for he told me that he would come and get me from the waiting room when my car was ready. Instead I received a text that I did not see until about 25 minutes later because my phone was in my purse. I should have been told I would get a text and I would have had my phone out where I could have seen the text sooner.

It took 2.5 hers for an oil change. Poor prep on service they didnt have filter it took the 45 minutes to order the filter. There was a scene with a customer that the custom Er and employee were saying the "F" word to each other very loud my wife was quite upset about the language and the other staff laughing. No one took the time to apologize to her and other customers that witnessed the large scene. I font know that she will van to bring the truck back in

Logan did not check me in initially - that was John Marino. I was in for an oil change and John mentioned that It looked like I needed other maintenance which I declined. We then agreed that all I was looking for was an oil change.
When I paid my bill, I was surprised to see that I also received a tire rotation for $20? Not sure why or how as I didn’t not request it nor was it brought up by John. Not sure why it was on the bill - maybe John confused me with another customer? In any event Logan indicated he didn’t know why or how it was there as he was just asked by John to finish me up. Logan was very friendly and nice and I paid and left. I will return to Airpark - But not with John as my “advisor”.
