This was the first time I had a problem with the service department. It took over 2 1/2 hours to install Skylink which I was told (by the person who set up the appointment) it would take 45 minutes. Second I asked Laura to check the emergency brake. That wasn’t done. The report states the exterior was washed. It wasn’t. Also after I signed the report it took 20 minutes for her to locate my car. Also, I have no idea what has to be done to activate Skylink. I was given no information about this.
