I had an amazing experience working with B. She was extremely personable and made sure all my needs were met. She made it clear my vehicle was in good hands and gave me a thorough explanation as to what I should expect. I will most defiantly be returning to Midway for service thanks to the great customer service I received.

I told the service person not to rotate my tires as I already have discount tire do it for me and this was the second time my tires were rotated on a vehicle that I have brought in and asked them not too. Then they wanted to charge me for this service. When I arrived I stood and waited outside a booth for 10 minutes as other people were trying to contact the service person I was working with, he never came so another gentlemen had to check me out instead. So now my tires need to be rotated once again to put them back to where they were before I came in for service.

No communication with the customer and service.
Carl did not even know that my eco diesel car could not go through your express oil change. After waiting over 1 1/2 hour in your waiting room for an oil change I called Carl and the car was then transferred to a person who could do that oil change. I had a 1pm appointment for the oil change I left at 4 pm.
