1st I made an appointment and she kept me waiting. Then said the wait might be an hour, or hour and a half then says maybe 2 hours, for an oil change??? Then upon leaving didn’t hand me back my key she put it in the cup holder and my receipt was put in the passenger seat and she left the floor protector on the passenger side and I removed it and another worker apologized and took it from me and apologized and threw it away. She never said thank you either. Just said your key is in the cup holder and turned around and walked away. I’d say you need to retrain her or keep her away from customers because she is not friendly at all. Not s good experience at all

I asked a question and was never answered. I had recall work completed on my car and it stated would cause issues with my radiator that would cause it to have to be replaced, you guys had to replace my radiator previously. I was asking about a refund on the work I had to pay for because of this now recall and I was never answered. I even spoke with the lady when I picked up my car and she told me I would hear from Aaron and I have not.
