Very quick service and done correctly, easy drop off and pay. However I found the delivery a little concerning. I was waiting for my truck to be pulled up and saw it it coming down the road beside the Service Drive so I waved to the the young man driving it at which point he stopped and I hopped in and drove off. I was never asked for anything to indicate it was my truck.

I stressed the importance of having my car ready by a certain time due to work obligations. I needed my car to be done by 10:30. I got called at 11:50 to let me know it was done. I cannot imagine on any universe taking 4.5 hours to change a tire. I'm not a mechanic, by any means, but I had my car there before 8:30 for a tire change. Almost noon and it's done. Pray tell, what happens when changing a tire that it takes almost 4 hours? Other than that, Brenton was great!!!

The price was outrageous for a diagnostic. They didn’t even have the part that was recalled on my car (the airbags). Overall this was a horrible experience and most likely will not be returning. This dealership took advantage of me, and 18 year old, who doesn’t know much about cars.

Never talked with Jason personally, but I requested for the fuse to be replaced in the glove box, it was supposed to have been done when I first purchased it but it still hasn’t been taken care of. The young man that checked me in said that the service guys would look at it but that you all aren’t very familiar with JAQUAR’S. II assumed it was replaced when he gave me my keys, but unfortunately it wasn’t. He never mentioned it so I not even sure if the service guys even attempted to do it. No I’m not pleased with grapevine ford service dept at all.
