My experience was pathetic today with Airpark.
One, you scheduled the appointment and asked me to come over for a Recall. Later I was told you don’t have the parts and I have to come back.
Two, you guys broke my Car’s windshield and you are saying it’s your company’s policy to not cover for any windshield damage.
This is completely ridiculous. I gave you my car in good shape and you returned it with broken windshield and you won’t even fix it.
I was expecting that you guys would fix it for me and apologies for the trouble it has caused to me.
Very disappointing.
