Over a week to get one window regulator changed out. It was verfied by the warranty company on Monday. 4 days later I tried to call a see where the car was the rep was at lunch 12:30pm. Called back at 1:30pm and was told my service rep was busy. I requested that one of your service reps call me back. You service people never call. The service rep for my vehicle decided to call me at 6:30pm.i was told the mechanic the car was going to no longer worked for you dealership. I had to wait untill late the next Monday pm to get my car. The service rep went over what was to be completed and tried to have an air filter installed for a fee of $70.00. so it took a total of nine days to get one window regulator replaced I don't how long it would have taken if u did not follow up on friday.
