Very unprofessional staff, you had my car from Friday to Tuesday. I picked it up then because virtually nothing was done in that time except a superficial diagnosis without a solid estimate.
I called for more than an hour on Friday without one person answering the phone so I called the sales line. I was given the run around over that painful call and still didn’t get any calls back. I had to drive to your dealership to get any questions answered. When I arrived on Tuesday to remove my car, I was ignored. I waited for a half hour before anyone bothered to get my car. I left a message on Monday for the service manager on his voicemail and to this day, never heard back. I took the car to another dealership that I trust.

Josh did his job and focused on me the customer. However the person who took my appointment really missed the boat. When I explained to her that I needed to be to work by 7 or shortly after she told me to be at the dealership by 6:30 - 6:45 and Josh could get me in and out and I would be a little late....but my appointment was logged for 9:00 on his schedule... who would do that?
