I was quoted a $900 repair for a part that can be found on the internet for $50 bucks and some super glue.
My vehicle is a Raptor with 50k miles on it and less than 2 years old. Dealership’s unwillingness to press the issue with Ford for coverage on this issue is a symptom of a self serving business that does not place customers first.
The experience made me feel like I was getting ripped off.
Would not recommend the dealership to my network of contacts.

I went in for an oil change. They did not shut my hood completely when I took off for work the next day I had to slam on my brakes and pulled over on the highway so my hood wouldn’t fly up into my windshield.
