I think it was the fastest I’ve been through with an oil change and chance was very courteous and helpful helped me with setting up what needs to be next especially with the mileage on her car.

Rufus went beyond to help me. He out shine the others that took care of my Dodge .I really don't want anyone else to take care of my Dodge . Rufus call me to tell me something else needs to be done besides having new tires put on , I could tell by his voice he was concern on the added price with the tires. I told him to have it done. It was the differential oil change and explained why. Jos'e is so wonderful makes me feel my Dodge is welcome there. Really good people there

The service by Austin was great. Very up front with me and understanding about my.unawareness of how the bumper to bumper warranty didn’t get covered in my warranty on a car I purchased in late May only three months ago. It seems strange that a car you purchase isn’t in alignment when purchased and could have possibly caused an accident before my service. But, be that as it was, $102 later, I still had the highest regard for how Austin handled my appointment and my complaint. This is the third vehicle I have purchased with Reliable and had been happy with all of it. This really disappoints me on a truck I purchased only a few months ago.

Mia gave great customer service unfortunately Nissan change their policy about giving rides to their customers I need a ride home I got one but I needed to get a right back. I paid for my ride back. It took my car almost 3 hours for my car to be ready. I think if they don't want to give us a ride back they should at least not take so long to serve a car it was only a oil change and to put in a new battery. why should that take 3 hours???
