Sleazy sales department when I bought my vehicle and totally dismissive when it comes to acceptable customer service. Had my vehicle for service for 12 days before it was looked at. Charged me over $1000 for something that should have been a warranty item. They did call me everyday to advise that they would look at it soon.

The lack of communication and follow up is all I would complain about. I was told when I made my appt for recall repair it was a 20-30 min job. Upon arrival I was told 2 hours, after two hours I was told 5 days for a part to be ordered. My car was there 21 days. Although I appreciate the loaner, it was not MY car, and I didnt like having it, or driving it. I think more communication would have helped alleviate my frustration. Pick up was simple today, and the gentleman that helped me check out was very polite.
