We were quoted one price, and when we got there it was doubled almost. There was another lady there that she was talking about the same thing, that they told her one price on the phone and when she came down they were trying to charge her more. This is the worst thing that you can do for business because people talk, and one bad thing is told to 1000 people and one good thing is only told to 10 people. I had the same problem with the dealer on I think iSpring Street, In Long Beach, and I stopped going there now I don’t understand it’s no longer there that is what happens when we try to make too much of a profit. We look for alternatives.
