It was okay. When I purchased the Jeep I was led to believe that I purchased a complete maintenance plan which clearly was not true. Not Gorge's fault. Also, I received a call from your sales department about wanting to purchase my car which is tad sleazy. If you have a deal for a new Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk that lowers my payment I might be interested.

My vehicle was not properly repaired. The mechanic gave the wrong diagnostic report on my vehicle. I paid over $500 and the problem still exist, if not worst. The service guy Brian tried to convince me that the problem was fixed and noise I still hear is something different. Very dissatisfied! I was ripped off by Cerritos Nissan!
