Everything went as planned, but I felt that it was a little pricey for a washer pump that you can get on line same pump for 12 to 15 dollars. Total bill was 352.06 for a washer pump install. Whew !

The girl at the cashier needs to be included in the conversations of the summary of a customers car because she was on the verge of tears helping customers that wanted answers. She was really sweet, but needs to understand the difference in each situation.
