All good except the splash guard under the front was not attached and drags when backing up.

The tough part for me was dropping my car off on Tuesday, and the tech not looking at it until Friday.
Also, the tech said they didn’t see anything wrong with the transmission but I don’t believe it’s supposed to shift they way it currently does.

Eddie Sauceda was great, he was very attentive and helpful. We are just not happy with your pricing,I just replaced the part that I was missing and it cost me 30$ when you wanted to charge me $590 for that to be replaced. I just don’t get it when I just brought it in for a recall.

Jorge was awesome, he helped me out so much and I appreciate his kindness and he always kept me updated! When we were cashing out with the young girl, the older lady followed us out was very inappropriate, came over to my car and touching my things in the back of my car while we were trying to load my tv and I politely asked her to back away and that we got it and she continued to asked why I had so many things in the back of my car and I was wondering why that was any of her business, she was so concerned with me and my family that she should have been waiting on customers who were ready to cash out. Overall, I was very pleased with Jorge and his customer service !
