Had to bring vehicle back for AC not cooling. Josh indicated it was operator error. I will go along with that now but I still question the AC cooling I will give it some time. I do appreciate the promptness today when we wanted to go back to Hamilton. My husband who has stage 4 cancer was admitted to Baylor Grapevine this afternoon/evening so we did not get to go home. When I made the appointment I found out hours later after I dropped the 2019 F250 off that my scheduled time wasn’t a maintenance appointment but only a drop off. I can’t be without my truck for more than a few hours. So nothing was accomplished. Jason was extremely professional. The person I spoke to initially on the phone should have explained the process and when it was to actually be worked on.
