I was surprised with how quickly my service was done this time compared to other times. I was, however disappointed that the air-pressure on my tires was not checked. Nor were some other defects noted or repairs offered - specifically the wiper blades needed to be replaced and no mention of that condition was made.

The staff is great and I had an appointment to which I showed up on time and I still had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. To me, that's not good service. I shouldn't have to wait when my service was scheduled in advance

She belongs at a much better dealership who treats their customers better. I bought my car there and felt dirty when I left and poor Jody was stuck trying to keep me posted with impossibly bad news. This dealership has systemic issues with how they treat folks both selling and servicing vehicles. Jody was the only positive thing about my experience
