Robert does a great job taking care of us. Every since I bought my truck he's always been there to help us. I wouldn't want another service man but Robert. When I call he always make room to take care of us.

Laura Benavidez was instrumental in obtaining a re-tracks cover for my Ford F150 truck at cost and had it installed no cost to me at Grapevine Ford. This was in spite of the fact I had no warranty or guarantee at this point in time as the warranty had expired after the first two years. My former retracts was a total loss and had to be removed. This was far over and above the level of service anybody could possibly have asked for.
The fellows in the parts department also deserve a special Ed a boy for their professionalism and ability through Joel and my two obtain a part as quickly as they could. Retract parts are hard to come by now and they had to order an entire re-tracks cover for me.
