It took over 3 hours to change the oil and rotate the tires and wash the car. I watched them drive my car to the backyard, I waited 35 minutes then I walked to the backyard and found it sitting there doing nothing. It was another 10 minutes before I. had someone go retrieve the car. This has happened before.

I arrived at my scheduled time to drop off, 7am, and didn’t leave Hertz until 8:10 am. I know that Hertz doesn’t open until 7:30 but why do you have to call when they open? Why couldn’t be at you site at 7:30 ready to go?
My truck was semi washed. It was very dirty and had streaks where someone attempted to wash, especially the windows.
My tires were rotated as requested but the tire pressures were not adjusted per front and rear settings and the low tire light was on this morning.

I waited nearly 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable! This was my first visit to your dealership and having such a long wait was shocking. I will give it one more try the next time I need service, but if all doesn’t go well I will be going elsewhere.
