B is great, however my vehicle has a major scratch on the left rear side that wasn’t there before and I just noticed it today. Unfortunately we are leaving for vacation, but this is not what I was expecting right before traveling out of town. What can I do?

I was happy with my service writer Jesse M. But there was a little disconnect between what I wanted check from how ever took my appt. I've had problems with losing air on all my tires but the two right side are definitely worse. They did how ever find a a nail in my right rear tire which according to service tech that they were to worn to be fixed. I went straight to discount tire and had it fixed. There tire measurement was different from yours. I under stand having guidelines set. But when I set my appt. I asked to have the valve stems checked on all tires and that didn't happen. I aired both front and rear tires the Sunday before my appt. Both right tires were at 21 lbs rear and 23 lbs front tire. I aired them up Wednesday at 5 ish the night before and both tires were under 30 lbs. Seems to me there was something wrong with the front tire also. But I guess my biggest complaint is with the tires sold with the truck. My truck is is hardly used and in the garage when not in used. My Chevy is a 2015 with 24,750 miles and this is the first new Chevy that have had the Bridgestone Dueller H/T. All other brands have lasted 35,000 to 50,000 miles. I think I've bought at least 3 Chevy trucks and 1 new Nissan Titan from your locations. But for what it's worth Jesse did a good job and kept me informed through out the day.
