Definatelly didn’t have their act together.
I was there @7:45 for my 8:00 oil change. Oil change took two hours.Car didn’t get washed.vacuumed but not washed. Service rep saw that it wasn’t washed. She said she would take it back to be washed. I didn’t have time for this. Thanked her and left.
