Lack of calls back to me. Mechanic broke a bolt in my exhaust manifold which I ended up paying for. Now that my truck was returned to me it lost all power while driving and coasted to the shoulder. You can’t really rate someone based on your satisfaction when your vehicle is still broken, worse now than it was when it was dropped off. I dropped my truck off on September 3rd. Today is Saturday the 14th. So I’m without a vehicle for 11days today. The next two the truck won’t be looked at again. I just want my truck fixed.

When you make appointment to have car fixed it should be at that time or within hr especially made appointment the day before we have jobs and children to pick up and take care of can't spend 6hrs waiting to get it looked at.
