One thing I would like to mention is when Victor was receiving my car from me at the service department I told him that they should have a loaner car for me and he continued to tell me two or three times that they don’t give loaner cars out when getting serviced. I had to stop him and tell him to go ask somebody because I have already pre-arranged it because my car was going to the body shop to be buffed out. He then checked and came back instead of arguing with me and apologized stating that wasn’t normal procedure. Well I knew it wasn’t standard procedure That’s what I was trying to explain to him

Made appointment for approximately 1 hour update for recall. Arrived half hour early. Was told car would be ready in 3 hours. Returned for car and was told 1 1/2 hours more. Total time 7 hours. No communication. Found that appointment was meaningless and recalls take all day not just 7-10am.

John was fantastic! He got me a Lyft so I didnt spend 4 or 5 hours at the dealer. I got home to realize I forgot to leave my key Fob! I'm a bit of a dum dum... He had the driver take the key back and come get me when it was all done. I can't tell you how dumb I felt and how they made me not feel dumb... Even tho John I know u know I know haha! I have the upmost respect for Mr, Pete! I came in with an 8 A.M appointment and my oil change ended up taking 2 hours! I was upset because i was missing valuable work time and Pete really understand. No questions asked he took care of my oil change for me and that honestly made my entire day better. He really can turn a bad around, i will definitely continue my service at grapevine ford and i highly recommend them to anyone else!
