Mario Alberto Vasquez has no customer service at all. I tried telling him and explaining him that he was wrong and that he was showing no care or love to the customer. Feels like he just wants to make money out of the customers. He didn’t want to accept my $10 coupon for my oil change. I had to go out my way and look for the manager to accept my coupon.

No one available to give me paperwork & keys, when I picked up truck. I looked around for 5-10 minutes, before I found someone, and he didn’t seem too happy to help.
Truck was blocked in/parked up to building with vehicle right behind it.
Also, there was trash piled and blowing around EVERYWHERE, behind service area. It was like a landfill.

This is the fourth time I have been to Reliable for the same fluid leak over the past four months (three visits were within one week in early May). I was told on the phone the day it was inspected that it was covered by the parts warranty installed earlier. However, when I came to get my car (NINE days later), I was told that wasn’t the issue and another part had been replaced. They tried to charge me with another deductible (which the manager Terry nicely waived) but when I got home, my car was still leaking!! It was back in the shop within two hours for the SAME problem. This is the fifth time it’s been there and the second time I have had to return my car to the shop the same day Reliable has given it back to me. In addition to my car not being fixed, my customer service was terrible as well. In the nine days my car was in the shop (which I was told was a ONE day fix) I received zero phone calls from my service tech. I had to call myself to get any kind of updates. Once this issue finally gets resolved, I will no longer being doing business at Reliable Chevrolet.
On a positive note, Terry was very nice and helpful and apologetic on behalf of the shop.

He did charge me for two tires when they lined my front end up because they were fairly new but I had three new tires on the truck he had me pay for that one and I had one that came with the truck I should had to pay one tire

Scheduled an appointment to have my window fixed and was told it would take 2-3 hours to get done and after 5 hours I tried calling and texting for an update and then after 6 hours was told the car was not done yet but would be done today. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that other appointments took priority over mine. I was given no warning that my car had not been looked at yet or was getting pushed back. Extremely unprofessional and will no be bringing my car back.
