Service writers are great. The mechanics on the other hand should have their certifications reviewed& questioned. They are recommending work that doesn't need to be done& not doing the work that does. Also, the dress code for the office girls and the mechanics needs some help. No mechanic shirts/identifying clothing in the shop looks unprofessional like they dont know what they're doing. Office girls are great but they don't have a professional presence either.
