Worst dealership service department ever.
My vehicle wouldn't start Monday, the 16th. I called the dealership and set up an appointment for the following morning to have my car towed in.
The tow truck driver dropped my car off and I called to confirm they indeed did have my vehicle. Hugo answered the phone and stated they did not have my vehicle. When in fact they did. Stephanie at least called me back to say they did have it and who my advisor was. This was at 11:17 am, the 17th.
I get a call from Brittany "B" Barrera, who is my advisor and asked what was wrong with the vehicle. The dealership sent me a text confirming they have the vehicle and it's in the bay.
I texted my advisor at 4:58 pm asking if she had any updates. It was ignored. I called the dealership at 6:20 and service has closed and no one could give me an update on my car or repairs.
Now the 18th and no call to apologize or update me. Just a text to see my cars progress report and review.
I couldn't get the items to open so I called my advisor, Brittany "B" and she has an answer for your question while your trying to get it out of your mouth. She stated my battery was so dead it couldn't be jumped. I explained my battery is 2 months old. They offered to put a new battery in for the price of $340.
I then had to drive to the dealership to pick my battery up to take it to auto zone to exchange it and return to the dealership with it.
I did have a transmission leak so I did approve them to repair.
I text my advisor at 4:22pm today asking for an update. She called at 4:39 that my vehicle was ready.
Arrived to speak to my advisor. Not once was an apology or explanation given why this repair required my vehicle for days.
I paid my $596.00 bill and waited for my vehicle.
Young, large Hispanic kid brought my vehicle up. Didn't acknowledge our presence. Didn't respond to me when I told him thank you.
I have a car stereo system in my vehicle and I made sure to adjust my radio so I would know if they used my stereo. And of course! They decided my system was for their enjoyment because my radio was on and the station was changed.
This is so sad and ridiculous! I will make sure that my car never dark ends this dealership again.

When I picked up the car, the handle to pull the trunk closed pulled right out and was left in my hand disconnected from the car. I snapped it back in but it clearly was made lose through the repair process and I am not confident it will stay secure going forward. It will likely need to be replaced.
