He was very polite but when I scheduled the appointment I told him I would be waiting and he said no problem, 90 minutes. When I arrived he told me that it would be at least 2.5 hours. When I reminded him of our conversation, he said; "well others have come in." When I said why make an appointment if it doesn't help he said, "I'll take care of you." He did get it done in 90 minutes.

Service was faster than expected. Daniel was out at my truck after only a couple of minutes, despite the large number of vehicles in the line. Service from there only took about 2 hours, and included an exterior wash.
