Overall it was a frustrating experience. Michelle was very rude and the answering service that takes your info but doesn't forward on to the person at the actual dealership is inefficient. We were without our car from Saturday morning until Monday evening for something we were told should only take a couple of hours (Beau Ward confirmed an appointment for us but when we dropped off the car we were told it was never even scheduled). We were given a rental car but would rather have had our car back in a timely manner. It did eventually work out. Thank you to Gary, Cassandra, and the mechanic.

I called re: if my truck was ready since I was having a very difficult time contacting my advisor. I called about 4-5 times within a 6-8 minute window. I was told that “only” my advisor would be able to tell me if the truck was ready. I specifically asked “only” my advisor would know in the entire dealership if my truck was read?. I find that not a satisfying answer to a customer that has been trying to find out for 6 to 8 minutes after 4 to 5 phone calls to find out if my truck is ready, that only one person can tell me that. I asked the young lady, “so if my advisor dropped dead, or they had to leave in an emergency, then I would never find out if my truck was ready because only the advisor could do that? This would be a great educational opportunity for that young lady that answered the phone. I had called 35 minutes prior to that, I left a message that I needed to know if the truck was ready so that Airpark could call a Lyft or arrange llyft to come get me because the office was closing in a little bit. 35 minutes go by I never received a phone call. I called several times and I was transferred to this person to that person. Someone said “ oh I see your adviser sitting at her desk let me transfer you, no answer. I called again and I asked to speak to a supervisor, it went to voicemail. All of this could have been avoided if after I called the second time that I could not get in contact of my advisor someone would’ve simply said please hold on I’ll find out. simple process I should not have had to call 4-5 times to find out the answer to a simple question, is my truck ready? I only had 20 minutes before I was getting off work and I need to find out if someone is going to pick me up,simple. On the other hand, the first time I took my truck in, there was a man who with my advisor, his last name is different, Moyan, Boyan? He was so great! He called, was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, I decided then that Airpark was going to be the place for my truck. His customer care skills are impressive. In the culture we live it is difficult to find. I will continue to be your customer but please keep in mind my experience. Thank you.

I worked with 2 of your team members, was treated graciously and professionally, and actually interacted with another 1 or 2 service individuals in the lot while waiting for a loaner. I received good explanations of the Lexus recall work on the data monitoring system and how to renew my safety/connect service. Everyone was gracious and professional, especially one of your managers, I believe his name was Kevin? He helped me get my loaner. I was able to pick up my car early today! So grateful SCL is nearby! I requested a Courtesy car and was told I had to come in and wait because it was my first servive. Then I was told no cars available due to recall. So I had to sit over an hour. Not good use of my time.
