Two things , 1. I dropped my car the previous night and was told I would be called before 11 am to let me know how routine service was and when it would be ready . No one called. I finally called at 12:30 . 2. Simple oil and filter change and tire rotation was almost $290 . That’s way to expensive. I just took my wife’s Infiniti SUV in for the exact same thing including tire rotation and paid $120 . Infinite charges $30 for tire rotation not $99. I am very loyal to any vendors I use but your pricing is out of line . Bob Kiely ****-****-xxxx

Pete always does a great job. He was responsive with my emails about the recall I received in the mail and scheduling the appointment. He was right there when I pulled up. He explained what we were going to do today, and then followed up with findings, options, potential future work. He always walks me to the car and is so professional and respectful. Glad he helps me take good care of my car.

First I had a lot of work done on my truck from you guys services. Basically I have been rebuilding the 07 EXT truck I have over $11,000.00 of work done on my truck from you guys new transmission, lower A arms, new engine that was recently installed had several problems with the fist one they tried to fix it twice. But I'm happy they put an new crate motor in, I have been back to you guys service department so many times the mechanics was not happy to see me and my truck back lol. And now my check engine light is on so I will be bringing it back for them to check that out. The one thing most that I like about you guys is that you stand behind your work and try hard to make your customers happy. Hugh is a great guy and he tries to take care of me I appreciate that, it just two things that would make him number one in my book is; if I ask him to look into something specifically instead of just only entrusting the mechanics and not checking it himself and I get truck back and it's doing the same thing. Like when I put my truck into park foot on brake and back into drive back and forth it makes a loud shift slam sound and it does the same thing when it down shift and when I accelerate on gas pedal and take my foot off of gas and it slams like it's a bushing maybe it's the front Gearbox. Hugh by all means is not lacking in anyway he just sometimes got to double check the other team members. I know how it is I'm a contractor lol! Thank you guys so much for standing behind your services it is valuable & almost unheard of.

Great service great communication. Facility needs more space it's very crowded not sure why gf traded facility's with Toyota dealership next door years ago old facility seemed larger.

Your service rep Pete Roshell is a helpful friendly get it done kind of guy. I like bring my vehicle to him. Seems like he would be a great teacher for some of the others.

Sometime during my tire rotation, my lug nut cap on my hubcap was lost. I spoke to the manager about it I'm not sure if anything is being done
