Jonathan Ortiz made what could have been a very difficult situation very very easy. My father and I were en route to a funeral when his truck broke down. Not knowing what was wrong, we were able to have our truck towed to the dealership. And with the help of Jonathan, were able to still attend the funeral while work on our vehicle began. Jonathan kept us updated throughout the entire process (which ended up taking a few days) via text and phone call. His exceptional customer service allowed us to take care of everything we needed to take care of and not worry about our vehicle. It was great to have him on our side.

Negatives...
1-Tires were overfilled with air (33 psi is what the placard inside the drivers door states). I did not ask for my tires to be serviced. And my tires are nitrogen filled.
2-There were hard water spots all over my car from the wash job.
3-Several controls were adjusted... climate, auto headlights, stereo etc
4-it appears that there were several more miles on my odometer than when I dropped off my vehicle. It was in for the sticky panel recall, not a service that should require a road test...
