Service guys are great. Sales guys can be a pain in the rear dropped my car off for service they tried to sell me a car. Put my name on the do not call list they still call. I literally talked to a guy when I bought my truck 7 months ago and told him I’m all set got a truck. However, never fails that I get a few calls from a few different sales people a week. I was reluctant to even have my vehicle serviced her for this reason but it was the closest Chevy dealership.

Jason was great the work that was completed was the problem. I had a block heater recall fixed and when I went to use the block heater (tonight) I found it non existent. I am not happy about this as I am in Mt with very cold temps and this is why I bought the truck with the block heater. The battery maintenance that was done wasn’t completed correctly either but Jason got the fixed before I left. I really don’t think I should have to inspect the work to enuse it was completed correctly.
