I am going to be honest with this feedback - everyone was great beyond great. However if the hours of service are being advertised to close at certain time- employee should be there till that time. Also- then lyft concierge system is great but when your purchased a car one of the perks that are they are loaners cars- this seems to be something nonexistent - I have been twice already for the same.issue that had required me.the usa of.this service and twice I havent been able too. I'm expressing this so improvements can be made
