I purchased my vehicle from a different dealer, but chose to come to midway because it is closer to my home. Unfortunately it was anything but a convenient experience. When making the appointment, I explained what was broken and offered to send a picture of the part needed, but was told to make an appointment to diagnose. I made a 7am appointment and upon arrival was told I would probably have the vehicle back by mid morning. Instead, I did not get the vehicle back until the end of the day, missing a days work. A week or so later I was told the part had arrived; again made a 7am appointment and was promised a loaner so that I could get to work (1.5 hr drive away). When I arrived, there was no loaner available and instead was offered a Lyft to Hertz. There was not any vehicles available at hertz, so I took a $60 Uber. At 2pm I texted my service manager inquiring about the status of the vehicle so that I could plan my return Uber to which I received a phone call from him stating they he in fact did not have the part due to it being on a “nation wide backorder”. This simply did not make sense. Not only was I missing time at work, but I was also out money to get there and back.... for no apparent reason. Fast forward a month and the part arrives. I explain that I can only do a Saturday appointment so I don’t miss anymore work. He did not work that Saturday, so we made it for the following Saturday. He insisted I drop the vehicle off by 6pm the night prior and he would also have a loaner for me. So again, I take off work early to make the commute and thankfully received a loaner. I texted on Saturday to check the status... no progress (and checking the gps of the vehicle throughout the day showed the vehicle never made it into a service bay). Called on Monday... no progress. It was finally ready on Tuesday, so once again I had to leave work early to retrieve it. It is worth noting that I never did see my service advisor at drop off or pick-up, so I’m not sure why I had to wait two weeks to bring it in. This was an incredibly frustrating process. Do what you say you are going to do, don’t lie when something goes wrong and plan your techs around your appointments. One should not have to waste so much time for something so simple. That is all I have to say; no follow up with me is needed. Thank you.

Excellent service Recommendation to John Kenny Dropped my Car off at night ready for the morning Service and all parts labor and replacement where superb.
