Laura provided great service. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my car my keys had been misplaced. An assistant service manager (Josh, I believe his name was) and another young man whose name I did not get really went all out to rectify the situation and eventually found my keys. Their actions reaffirmed the service I am accustomed to at Grapevine Ford and many thanks to them.
